Keep your 12 testers on a 14-day streak.
Closed testing needs 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row before you can apply for production. Tester Streak nudges every tester once a day and ticks off each day, so you get there without chasing anyone.
You're on the list. Thank you!
I'll email you once, on launch day (Sun 25 Oct). Know another dev stuck on closed testing? Pass this along, it really helps.
Got a minute? Email me what's hardest about your closed testing. I read every one. Laurie

-
Drop in your opt-in link
Paste the closed testing link from your Play Console. Your testers get one friendly invite page that explains exactly what to tap.
-
A tiny daily nudge
Each tester gets one short reminder a day to open your app. One tap, done, streak kept.
-
Watch the days tick off
See all 12 testers on one calendar. If someone goes quiet you know that day, not on day 13.
"Hi, I'm Laurie. I built this because the 14-day rule is where a lot of first apps stall. Not on code, on keeping 12 people opted in. I'd rather you spent those two weeks fixing bugs than sending reminder DMs."

Works for native Kotlin, React Native, Expo and Flutter apps. It's about your testers, not your stack.
